Those who pass through the district of Paraiso in Equatorial Guinea’s capital of Malabo get to see Nadeem Group’s work writ large. Nadeem Group was tasked with planning and developing the entirety of Paraiso’s infrastructure – not only the roads and sidewalks, but also the systems to handle storm water, sewage and potable water.

The project was the first of its kind for the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure. Typically, the ministry metes out such a project to several contractors, and then faces the challenge of coordinating each company’s efforts. Nadeem Group leveraged its breadth of expertise and experience in project management to oversee each step of the way in-house.
